They not only finished it in 2 days by working extra hours, I paid them more by mistake and he pointed that out that I was paying more than what was due. Had a hard time getting anyone to come out for the tiny area until i reached out to Santeliz Hardwood Floor. He was prompt, and sent me the reasonably priced bid quickly.

We are absolutely pleased with the results! Floor was very worn and had spots that needed repair. It had some previous patches that used different widths and wood types. Santeliz Hardwood recommended a stain color that the different wood types blend to look completely natural. The areas that they repaired are flawless. We’ll definitely use them again for other areas!

Onel and his team did an amazing job on our floor. His pricing is very fair and reasonable compared to other companies we reached out to. His team was prompt and efficient. We were originally told 4-5 days but our 2nd level was completed in two days which is great because then we can move up the move in date to our new house. Our lower level was refinished by the previous owner so Onel did his best to match the color and finish and they did a great job. When they came in, they taped and plastic off the area so dust wouldn’t get into the lower level. They also cleaned up after finishing. We are so happy we went with Santeliz Hardwood LLC and I would highly recommend them.

Onell’s service and workmanship was excellent. Exceed every expectation and beyond.

They laid 1600 square feet, about 7 to 8 rooms of wood floor in our house, they removed and hauled away the Carpets and also helped move the furniture.

Amazing team , I would highly recommend everyone to use them.

Most importantly, Onell suggested replacing metal vents with wood vents, the perfectly level it and match the stain to its all well.

Just had my hardwood floors refinished by the Santeliz crew and they were great. Onell was great about explaining the process to me and the difference of the products they offered.

The master bedroom in my home revealed some awful stains when the old carpet was removed and I was worried we would have to choose a darker stain or maybe need a full repair in those spots - but they were able to masterfully clean the area and it looks like it was never there.

A repair was completed in my front entryway and what was old pebble tile covered in vinyl now blends seamlessly with the rest of my floor.

The project took all of 3 days from start to finish and I'm immensely pleased with the finished product and quality of work provided.
